Background:
Daisuke lost his ears and tail at a young age. A young lady who was about 14 at the time, tricked him into doing something he'd never heard of. Daisuke had an aweful hard time trying to explain what happened to his family, because one can't really hide the fact one lost their ears and tail. His mother refused to speak with him for a while, before she forgave him, his father understood that it wasn't his fault and didn't punish his son. Daisuke's elder brother agreed with their father, and the two of them remained very close. After a couple months the family was whole again, they'd go on picnics, short over-the-weekend vacations, etc. A couple years passed and he saw a change in his older brother when he went to the school called: 7 Moons. It wasn't a huge change.. he just seemed... well Daisuke didn't, and still doesn't know how to describe it. . . But there was a change. Daisuke and his brother are still relatively close, but as of late he's been put to the side to make room for his brother's Sacrifice. He tries to be patient and wait for a chance to hang out with his brother, but it doesn't always work well cause he misses his brother an awful lot.
Daisuke has made new friends at his school and has started to adjust to the change within his brother, beginning to accept he's been semi-replaced. But at least he and his brother can still hang out sometimes, and when they can it means the world to Daisuke. He's in 6th grade now and his parents recently split up, it's a very odd transition, but he hopes everything will work out for the best in the end.
